Professional Business Solutions, Inc. (PBSI) is a locally owned and operated human resource management company operating in Oregon and Washington.  We provide outstanding administrative, compliance, and strategic HR solutions to small and medium sized businesses. 

PBSI was founded in 1998 on a basic concept; to assure the "value" of our service is measured by the freedom you gain, enabling you to focus on what you do best.  In fact, by relieving our clients of their cumbersome and non-productive employment responsibilities, business owners are able to "make" more money as they focus their creative energy on important matters; growth, revenue, profit, and quality. 

Our product is not pre-packaged; we create and mold our service based on our customer's needs.  We take pride in being a small, boutique-style operation where a real person answers your call, and a skilled, locally trained team member responds to your issues.  Because of this philosophy, PBSI has never lost a client to a competitor in its history. PBSI is truly your long-term partner in employment matters.
